When and how did you start running?
I first started running at the age of 14, but stopped when I began university. Although I was no longer training competitively, I continued to enjoy casual running to stay active and maintain my fitness. In 2019, I decided to return to training with no specific expectations, but as I began to see steady progress, my motivation grew. Over the past three years, I have become increasingly committed to the sport and have taken my training much more seriously.

One of my biggest influences was Dario Mangion, a close friend who encouraged me to start running again. He was a key role in helping me rediscover my passion for running.
What motivates you to keep running even on tough days?
What keeps me motivated on tough training days is the team environment and the support of my training group, where we constantly push each other to perform at our best. I also remind myself why I started running and the goals I want to achieve. The sense of accomplishment and satisfaction that comes from successful races makes all the hard work worthwhile and motivates me to keep going.
